You will advise clients, manage matters and deliver high‑quality legal solutions. You’ll build relationships and support business growth. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office within the Employment & Pensions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on client matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice
- Managing own caseload of employment tribunal claims
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong technical knowledge of Employment and/or Pensions law
- Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
