Role Overview

Are you ready to provide exceptional support that helps legal advisors deliver outstanding client service? You will offer proactive administrative and organisational support to legal advisors, ensuring efficient client service. You’ll work closely with colleagues across client services to maintain high standards and smooth workflows.

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, emails and meeting preparation.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to progress matters.
  • Handle billing, compliance checks and file management.
  • Support events, marketing and CRM activities.
