You will work on a wide range of interesting and meaningful matters, including:
- Delivering tailored, practical advice that supports clients’ missions and helps them serve their communities effectively.
- Advising on senior, complex and high-stakes employee relations issues – disciplinaries, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination and safeguarding-related matters.
- Supporting large-scale reorganisations, restructuring, redundancy programmes and TUPE transfers.
