About the role and team
Are you a property law solicitor looking to move away from fee earning and shape the future of legal operations through innovation? We’re seeking a Property Operations & Innovation Advisor for a 6 month FTC, to help us improve how we deliver commercial property services. You’ll work closely with fee earners and our innovation team to identify and implement operational and tech-led improvements.
- Drive process improvements in property legal services
- Collaborate with innovation specialists to deliver change
- Support adoption of legal tech and new practices
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards
About the candidate
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property and a passion for innovation.
- Strong knowledge of property law
- Interest or experience in legal tech and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with legal tech platforms and AI is an advantage
