Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a role that combines technical excellence with purpose-driven work? Key Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Provide strategic advice on complex property transactions.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.
- Contribute to team objectives and goals.
About the candidate
- Demonstrate technical excellence in a wide range of commercial property work.
- Confidently advise on complex matters and projects while managing a full caseload of mixed commercial property transactions.
- Understand and embrace the unique needs of our third sector clients, tailoring advice accordingly.
- Champion the firm’s purpose, values, and goals, fostering a positive culture.
- Manage and supervise junior fee earners, supporting the team in achieving short-term goals.
