Our Legal 500 and Chambers-rated Construction & Engineering team is expanding, and we are looking for a Construction Disputes Associate to join us!
The role can be based from either our Birmingham HQ or Manchester office, and we operate a hybrid working model, typically two days onsite and working the rest from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Advising on and managing construction and engineering disputes.
-
Handling matters from initial advisory work through to settlement and/or judgment.

Representing clients in adjudication, mediation, and other ADR processes.

Working across departments to provide joined-up legal services.

Supervising and mentoring junior team members (if of interest).

Supporting clients with training and contract interpretation in plain, accessible language.

Experience in ADR, including adjudication and mediation (desirable).
