Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham is seeking a Learning & Development coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover, part-time four days a week. You will support delivery and improvement of L&D initiatives, ensuring programmes are engaging, compliant and aligned to firm objectives.

Working with colleagues across the firm, you will coordinate programmes (including early talent), support apprentice recruitment and deliver inductions, while handling learning logistics and eLearning monitoring.
