A highly respected St.
James’s Place Wealth Management practice in London is expanding and is looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Administrator to join its supportive and collaborative team.
This newly created role offers genuine long-term career opportunities, with clear progression into Paraplanning, Practice Management, or Financial Advice.
The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider administration team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- Providing high-quality client services and administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Preparing suitability letters and supporting client recommendations.
- Coordinating client review meetings from preparation through to completion.
- Processing new business applications and ongoing servicing requests. Maintaining accurate client records
- Liaising with clients, providers and advisers to ensure efficient case progression.
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced members of the team.
- Helping to maintain efficient internal processes and service standards.
About You
- Previous experience working within a St. James’s Place practice (essential).
- A minimum of 12-18 months’ experience in a financial services administration role.
- Experience using Salesforce and/or i Business.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- RO qualifications are not essential, as full study support will be provided.
