Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, seamless, and professional service to clients while supporting the day-to-day administration of financial planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client correspondence and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation.
- Coordinating client meetings and managing Financial Planner diaries.
- Obtaining provider illustrations, valuations, and product information.
- Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-presented client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Providing comprehensive back-office and administrative support to the advice team.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with internal procedures, FCA regulations, and compliance standards.

- Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Planning administration role.
