The Role – Administrative Assistant

As part of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to both colleagues and clients of the Practice. Duties will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of administrative tasks
  • Preparing and collating key data for reports and portfolio reviews
  • Handling enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers
  • Maintaining the client database and diary management for the Partner and Advisers
  • Processing new business and liaising with SJP administration teams
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice

Training will be provided where required, alongside scope to develop your knowledge and progress within this exciting and fast-paced environment.

The Person – Administrative Assistant

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial services administration role
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and client-focused approach
