The Position
This is a full-time on-site role based in Leeds.
You will be the trusted advisor our customers depend on, helping them meet their operational goals by using our platform and services.
The role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and growth by building trusted relationships, proactively managing accounts, and acting as the customer advocate within the organisation. This involves conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximising the value of Anthill's solutions and analysing client data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong experience in interpreting business requirements is essential as you will be the focal point for all customer initiatives and be responsible for proactively highlighting new ways customers can benefit using our platform.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across our customer base, including Directors and Managers, and will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take strategic ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a focus on delivering value and ensuring client success
- Onboard new customers to the platform and proactively work with them to ensure all deliverables exceed expectations.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their goals, challenges, and success metrics.
- Identify new ways our platform can add further value for our customers and ensure that those opportunities are managed through to delivery and beyond.
- Lead regular calls, meetings and product training with customers.
- Identify new product features/use cases through discussions with customers.
- Understand the value proposition of our platform and service and effectively communicate all offerings to customers.
- Provide regular feedback on the product to the business.
Required Skills and Experience
- Passion for customer success and exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience working with Enterprise customers.
- Excellent phone and e‑mail communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Experience leading customer appointments (screen shares, conference calls, face‑to‑face meetings/presentations).
- Knowledge and experience of digital platforms, such as mobile apps, CRM systems and Marketing Technology is advantageous.
- Previous experience within the Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom (KBB) industry is advantageous.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to communicate at senior organisational levels.
