Anthesis Group is seeking a Global Head of Internal Communications to lead the internal employee and engagement agenda across the organisation. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, Strategy & Communications, this role will craft a compelling strategic narrative that unites 1,300+ employees with a shared sense of purpose and direction.
You will develop campaigns that create belief, alignment and action, partner with executives to activate growth initiatives, and refine audience-led channels.
