  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarising findings related to corruption, political exposure, sanctions, and other integrity concerns.
  • Work on diverse cases, shifting between different topics and geographies—for example, assessing a complex legal dispute in the US before analysing an offshore corporate structure in another jurisdiction.
  • Progress over time into region‑specific research aligned with your language skills and regional expertise.
  • Navigate complex, cross‑border risk landscapes and apply sound judgement when evaluating sources and information.
  • Collaborate with senior staff on more complex projects as you develop.
  • Build subject‑matter expertise in regional regulatory and compliance risks.
  • Contribute to training new team members once fully onboarded.
  • Support business development activities where needed.

  • Business proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Other languages are a bonus.
  • Strong professional work ethic, with a self‑starter attitude and a commitment to taking ownership of personal learning and development.
  • Basic understanding of, and interest in, due diligence and compliance risks; experience within a commercial research environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluent written and verbal English, suitable for use in a commercial context.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities, including strong attention to detail and the capacity to identify, interpret, and summarise information from diverse sources under time pressure.
  • Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
