The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

We are open to applications from any of our UK office locations which includes London, Bristol, Manchester, Oxford or Edinburgh. The individual will work across multiple projects across C&VCT, supporting to deliver client projects across all teams. Tasks will include data analysis, research, stakeholder engagement and report writing. The individual will also undertake project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • The individual will be given responsibility to deliver specific tasks within projects (across all C&VCT) and support on business development tasks as required.
  • Responsibilities will include: desk-based research; stakeholder engagement and interviews; data management, manipulation, modelling and analysis; and reporting writing in Word and PowerPoint.
  • The role may also include some project management responsibilities for smaller scale projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2-3 years’ experience in waste or circularity roles
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement and balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work on multiple projects alongside each other
  • Ability to convey technical information in an engaging and useful way to non-technical audiences
  • High quality and professional report writing and presentation development (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirables:

  • Consultancy experience
  • Understanding of UK waste and recycling data and/or food waste
  • An understanding of waste / product related LCA
  • Advanced data analysis skills e.g. advanced Excel, Alteryx or similar data analysis software
