  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, audience engagement and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Lead and support direct reports, including the UK-based Client Discovery Lead.
  • Work closely with client services, strategy, creative and design teams to maximise opportunity conversion.
  • Collaborate with Anthesis business lines, regional sales leads and the wider marketing team to identify cross-selling and joint-growth opportunities.
  • Support major pitches and growth opportunities across existing client accounts.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
