Our values of Community, Aspiration, Respect and Equality (CARE) shape everything we do. We are proud of our ambitious journey of improvement and are looking for teachers who share our commitment to ensuring every child thrives both academically and personally.

We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced and reflective teachers who genuinely enjoy working with children and who understand the difference that positive relationships can make. We want colleagues who believe in our CARE values and who share our ambition for every child to thrive.

We are looking for teachers with a growth mindset, high expectations and a passion for making learning meaningful, memorable and inspiring.
