About Us
Anthem Music School is a fun, high-energy community where children learn in small-group lessons and grow in confidence through music. We\'re now looking for a warm, organised, and musically versatile person to join our Monton team as a Front of House/Admin Assistant & Cover Teacher.
You\'ll be:
- The welcoming face families see when they arrive
- The organiser who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- A musician who can step in for lessons and support our concerts and events
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturday: 8:45am – 3:20pm (20 min unpaid break)
- Total: 31.25 hours per week
- Pay: £1,794.27 per month
What You\'ll Do - Front of House & Customer Support
- Welcome students and families with professionalism and warmth
- Manage student pickups safely using our \"Student Exit Policy\"
- Open/close the building and set up classrooms
- Oversee smooth class changeovers each evening
Admin & Organisation
- Schedule and update lessons in our school software
- Handle reschedules, payments, and parent communication
- Maintain registers and assist with term planning
- Prepare charts and materials for concerts and events
Building & Safety
- Keep the school clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Carry out regular equipment checks and report/fix issues
- Support with general building maintenance
Musical Support
- Cover beginner guitar or drum classes when needed
- Assist with rehearsals and show days
- Contribute creative input to concerts and performances
Bonus Skills – Marketing & Growth

- Social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
