Leadership role in a major law firm aligned to the firm’s leading personal injury practice. The business development and marketing team of this ambitious national law firm is being given a new lease of life with greater investment and a more sophisticated approach.
The firm’s leading personal injury practice is one of the firm’s most important areas and this role is to maintain the firm’s top ranked position and drive further growth and profitability. Specifically, the role will involve:
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the group’s growth strategy;
- Leading on the management of the personal injury group’s referrer programme of medical charities/hospitals/trauma centres/professional bodies etc;
- The role has the opportunity to be client facing;
- Having oversight of the B2C marketing campaigns;
- Managing a nationwide team of highly capable individuals;
- Reporting and budgeting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in a large law firm to really make their mark. Ideally, you will have experience of claimant personal injury work or related B2C legal areas such as medical negligence, insurance, class actions or private client work. You will have the gravitas to influence and manage senior stakeholders as well as being an inspirational leader.
