Senior Marketing Manager - Law Firm (Personal Injury/Medical Negligence Focus)

Senior Marketing Manager – rare B2C marketing opportunity to lead on the marketing strategy for the personal injury & medical negligence groups of a highly ambitious law firm. London, Manchester, or Birmingham based.

This major UK law firm is at a really exciting point in its evolution. It has ambitious plans for client growth both in the UK and international markets and with the appointment of a new Chief Marketing Officer, this is a really exciting time to be joining.

In this Senior Marketing Manager role, you will lead the marketing strategy for the firm’s market leading personal injury and medical negligence groups. Therefore the role has a focus on B2C marketing although you would also be involved in B2B marketing to referrers and charities.

This role isn’t definitely not a campaign management role. It’s much more strategic where you will manage a team of campaign delivery managers and executives. The role will involve:

• Setting the marketing strategy for the personal injury and medical negligence groups in alignment with business priorities;
• Segmenting different buyer audiences and understanding what drives buyer behaviour to shape marketing activity accordingly;
• Developing propositions and go-to-market strategies that generate client growth;
• Managing a delivery team.

You will already be operating at a strategic level in a Senior Marketing Manager role in a large and complex professional services environment. Experience of targeting a B2C audience would be highly beneficial. Note that the role can be based in either London, Manchester or Birmingham.
