Exciting senior events executive role at a well known mid-sized international law firm. The role works closely with an events manager and an events executive, to support the wider BD team.
You will be integral in creating client experiences across all the sectors and practice groups including life sciences and healthcare. Aside from the management of events, you will also be responsible for working with their sponsorships and key partnerships.
There is also an opportunity to manage and organise international events in Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver internal and external events including conferences, seminars, receptions and hospitality events
- Assist with large-scale partner conferences
- Maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors
- Advising stakeholders on event best practices
- Guide and support the events executive and BD Assistants.
This will suit an events exec candidate who has had experience working in professional services and is looking for a step up. You should have delivered events within a corporate environment.
