A Senior Bid role in this leading built environment consultancy, where you will be joining a small but vibrant in-house marketing team that boasts a great culture and collaborative working style.

The role will have complete ownership of the bid process working on public and private sector bids. Alongside the bid delivery, you will also support the development and maintenance of the central bid library.

As Bid Manager, you will be:

  • Leading the end-to-end management of the bid process
  • Working with stakeholders to develop high-quality bid content
  • Developing bid plans to ensure deadlines are met
  • Carrying out tracking and analysis of the bid process
  • Developing case studies, credentials etc.
  • Always looking for ways to improve, including reporting on lessons learned
  • Managing the bid library

You will have at least 3-5 years of bid experience in a B2B/professional services environment. This would be a great role for a bid professional looking to step up.

Exposure to public sector bids would be highly desirable. Candidates need to be adaptable to change and interested in innovating processes!
