Senior Alumni Specialist role at a top international law firm. London based, with a global remit. Hybrid working of 3 days in the office.

A leading global law firm serving high-profile clients worldwide is looking for a Senior Alumni Specialist to help drive the further growth of their alumni relations programme.

\n
Partnering closely with the Assistant Director, you will drive engagement initiatives, comms and events. The role sits within the firm’s HR team, but works with various areas of the business and the programme plays an integral part in the firm’s BD, recruitment and brand advocacy strategies.

The role will include:

- Supporting on the development and execution of the global alumni engagement plan; Building and maintaining relationships with alumni across key geographies, industries and career stages, identifying high-priority alumni for strategic initiatives; Coordinating and developing alumni targeted comms, across newsletters, email campaigns, social media and the website; Planning and managing virtual and in person events globally, including reunions, networking, webinars and educational programmes. Managing the full end to end event logistics, and tracking metrics; Promoting and administering the alumni benefits programme; Maintaining accurate alumni data and producing reports, as needed; Supporting on alumni-based research and BD opportunities.

Whilst previous alumni programme experience would be helpful for the role, the firm are open to speaking to legal marketing professionals who are looking for a new challenge. Candidates will have strong copywriting and event management skills, and will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Note: The firm operate a 3 day in the office hybrid policy. And whilst this role involves supporting on international events, international travel won’t be required.
