First appointment Pitching / Bid Manager role in a growing UK law firm. London / hybrid working with 3 days in the office a week. Salary up to £80k.
This UK law firm, well known for their disputes and private client work, have grown over the last few years, and have now seen a need for a dedicated Pitch function to support their BD team. The firm have a bid success rate of around 50%, but really want to optimise their win rate for the larger RFPs.
They are looking for a Pitch Manager to build up their central best practice and coach the Partners, and lead on the large pitches. Long term the role has great potential for growth, and perhaps bringing in support.
The role would suit a credible Bid Manager, with experience of the full pitch life cycle, coaching stakeholders for pitch presentations and developing central bid libraries. Legal experience would be ideal, but the firm are also open to speaking to candidates from wider professional services and large built environment firms.
