Senior Client Relationship Specialist role within leading international/US law firm. London based with hybrid working. Competitive salary. We are working with a top international US law firm with a well-established BD team. The BD team is growing and looking for a new Senior Client Relationship Specialist.
This role will work with the lead for client engagement on the client feedback/listening program as well as supporting on the key client program. Both are currently strategic priorities for the firm, with a lot of buy in internally. The client listening program in particular has grown significantly over the last few years, hence the need now for team growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing programme management support to the client listening program;
- Developing firmwide reports and presentations on client feedback;
- Supporting on client interviews and attending where needed;
- Maintaining accurate data and records on the CRM;
- Providing BD support to the global client team;
- Supporting on key client panels, where needed;
- Delivering a range of client engagement initiatives including events.
The role would suit a BD/Client Relationship professional from the legal sector, ideally with at least 4 years of experience. The firm are open to looking at Senior BD Executives who are interested in making a move into a client centric role, but experience of key accounts and client listening would be desirable.
