New role in revamped client team in a major international law firm with a tech focus. This innovative international law firm has recently overhauled its client relationship team. With a revamped client programme of major blue-chip clients, this is an exciting time to be joining.
This is a great role for a Key Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager looking to step up into a senior manager role or a senior manager seeking a fresh challenge. You will manage a number of international clients focusing mainly on tech, but also life sciences and financial services.
The role will involve:
- Account planning and working with partners to encourage cross-selling;
- Building relationships within your key accounts to drive new revenue growth;
- Taking client feedback and conducting client interviews;
- Horizon scanning;
- Developing initiatives to stay close to clients;
- Driving key account management best practice.
You MUST have experience managing large scale accounts in either an international law firm or Big Four accounting firm. You will enjoy being client-facing as well as playing an advisory role to partners.
