An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading London law firm’s flagship Real Estate department, the firm’s largest practice with over 100 lawyers and its highest revenue generator. This is a pivotal time to join, as the department enters a new phase of strategic growth under refreshed leadership. With seven specialist teams, including Planning & Construction and Commercial Property, the BD Executive will play a key role in driving forward business development initiatives, managing BD activity across several of these groups, and contributing to cross-selling initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real impact in a collaborative environment and take ownership from the outset. The Senior Business Development Executive will report directly to the Senior Business Development Manager and will have the support of an assistant within the team.
Key Duties of this role will include:
- Provide daily support on MBD initiatives across the real estate department
- Draft and deliver BD and sector plans
- Submit directory submissions
- Act as an adviser to lawyers on profile-raising initiatives
The firm will also consider BD professionals from a real estate background, looking to transition into the legal sector for a fresh challenge.
