A leading boutique law firm, renowned for its high-quality private client work, is seeking a CRM Executive to join its growing Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they continue to invest in their CRM capability following a recent migration from InterAction to Microsoft Dynamics, with several innovative system integrations planned.
Reporting to the CRM & Digital Manager, you will act as a champion for the CRM system across the firm. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting users, and contributing to wider digital and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with managing mailing lists for e-marketing campaigns
- Train users on how to use the CRM system
- Ensure data quality by running checks for duplicates and supporting on data cleansing activities
- Create a CRM best practice guide
