This boutique law firm, with a small but friendly BD and marketing team, is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead on the development of their client database, Inter Action.
The improved use of CRM plays a key role in their BD strategy, and they are looking for someone who can improve processes and guidelines for both Inter Action and their email marketing platform, Vuture, The role will include: Leading and developing a new approach to CRM across the firm; Ensuring upkeep of CRM-related data; Implementing a new suite of policies around CRM; Acting as relationship lead with suppliers; Training new joiners on the use of CRM; Working with the BD and marketing team to develop reports and analytics; Ensuring processes and systems are compliant with GDPR and other regulations.
The role would suit a CRM professional with extensive knowledge of Inter Action, ideally working at the manager level or with at least 4 years of experience in a CRM role.
Experience of IQ and Vuture would also be helpful.
