This is a client facing role in one of the world’s most innovative law firms managing a variety of global client accounts.
This firm is well known for its entrepreneurial approach and great culture as well as its expertise in the TMT and life sciences sectors, working for some of the biggest blue chip clients in the world.
In this Client Relationship Manager role you will cover parental leave for nine months, ideally with an August/September start. You will work as part of a dedicated key account team managing some of the firm’s most important client relationships. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients across the following sectors – tech, life sciences, energy and financial services;
- Working with the client partners on each account to develop an account plan and strategy;
- Encouraging partners to cross-sell;
- Conducting client feedback and working with the client listening team to develop client listening best practice;
- Horizon scanning and keeping abreast of client and industry issues;
- Reporting and measuring progress and ROI.
There is also potential for the role to become permanent as the client team is actively growing.
You will have solid client relationship management experience gained within an international professional services environment (ideally a law firm). Those coming from a business development background but have had exposure to managing key accounts are also relevant for this role. A commercial outlook as well as a passion for excellent client service and going over and above for clients is key for this role.
