BD Manager position in a London Private Client law firm. Growth role! London based with hybrid working. We are working with a London law firm, who are specialists in Private Clients, and have some fantastic historic clients that they have worked with since they were founded. The firm is heading in a new strategic direction, seeking a new BD Manager to focus on their Real Estate, Corporate and Litigation growth.
The role will work alongside the BD Manager for Private Wealth and a BD Executive, with support across marketing and communications in the team. It’s a nice team, with great retention and a solid work-life balance.
The BD Manager will:
- Provide strategic BD advice for the groups;
- Identify client growth opportunities and encourage cross selling;
- Grow intermediary and referral relationships;
- Deliver BD coaching and encourage best practice;
- Produce high quality directory submissions;
- Lead on pitches with fee earners;
- Work with the marketing team on events and campaigns.
The firm is looking for a credible BD professional who can drive change. Ideally, you will have experience within legal or comparable professional services. Experience of targeting the Real Estate sector or working in a similar transactional practice would be highly beneficial.
