Job Description

Business Development Manager in mid-sized international law firm aligned to the firm’s Aerospace group. London with hybrid working.

This international mid-sized law firm has significantly expanded its marketing and BD function in recent years under the direction of an innovative BD & Marketing Director.

The partners are really bought into BD and very engaged.

In this Marketing & Business Development Manager role you will lead on BD & marketing activities for the Aerospace group. The role will also have support from a BD Executive.

The role will involve

Working with the partner to set the BD and marketing strategy for the group.

Developing fully integrated international marketing campaigns for the sector and sub-sectors.

Working on the sector’s key client accounts; Leading on bids and proposals, playing an advisory role to partners; Market research, gaining a real understanding of the sector and market issue; Working with the PR team on profile raising opportunities;

You will have really solid marketing and BD experience gained in the legal sector or wider professional services and ideally excellent marketing knowledge of the Aerospace / Aviation sector.

You will have the gravitas to influence and persuade partners.
