An exciting events executive role has arisen in a well respected law firm. This role will be responsible for organising the end to end events for the firm. This is an extremely exciting role, as it offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark on how the UK events programme is managed. You will support their main groups as well as a mix of specialist sectors.
Key Duties will include:
- Take the lead in organising and executing a wide variety of events including webinars, seminars, and conferences
- Oversee event logistics including catering, AV, etc
- Manage and analyse event expenditure
- Identify and contract external venues
The successful candidate will need to have event management experience within professional services ideally the legal sector. You will also need to have the ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
