Digital Communications Role in a mid-sized law firm, primarily focusing on Internal Communications. Birmingham-based with hybrid working.
This mid-sized international law firm is recruiting a brand new role in their internal communications team, which will primarily focus on intranet content management, as well as working with Senior Partners to roll out weekly newsletters and quarterly updates across the firm.
Long term, the role will allow someone to make this their own, and the team are very open to someone bringing new ideas.
The firm is looking for someone with channel management skills, as well as taking ownership of internal channels. There is a great opportunity to develop in the role, as you will also do video work, including running internal shoots, producing animations and creating short videos and podcasts.
Key Duties Include:
- Develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Create and deliver weekly newsletters
- Champion digital communications channel governance
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports
Experience in a professional services firm or a comparable corporate environment is essential, as well as digital communications and strong exposure to managing senior stakeholders and influencing them.
