Extremely exciting CRM Executive role at a well-known mid-sized international law firm, working closely as a team of three based in the London office. The role will provide global support to both long-term strategic projects as well as current projects including increasing user engagement and being the first line of support to approximately 2000 users. The team is open to considering candidates with a marketing background who have experience and an interest in data analytics and are detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting user engagement
- Encourage user behaviour change through training and communications
- Constructively challenge existing CRM processes including making recommendations that would increase team efficiency
- Communicate and train on key system upgrades
- Use reports and dashboards to monitor user adoption and usage KPIs
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with stakeholders and should have worked with databases. Experience with Salesforce is also desirable.
