Business Development Manager in this highly-rated law firm, aligned to the Asset Management group. London based with hybrid working. This boutique international law firm boasts a really down-to-earth and friendly culture. The partnership is really bought into BD and the BD team has a new leader who’s really shaking things up and implementing new ideas.

The firm is looking for a Senior BD Executive stepping up to join the BD team, focusing on their Asset Management group. The role will focus on:

  • BD planning and working with partners to execute their BD plans;
  • Managing bids and pitches;
  • Targeting initiatives and advising/supporting partners on BD;
  • Working with the Head of Clients to ensure client action plans are maintained;
  • Running marketing campaigns;
  • Working with the comms team on profile raising initiatives and client comms.

You will be bright and have commercial aptitude as well as a solid track record working in professional services. Asset Management experience isn’t essential for this role, as long as you are keen to grow your knowledge. You will have excellent influencing skills and have the gravitas to deal with partners. As this is an area with a higher volume of bids, the firm are open to consider a bid professional who is keen to make a move over to BD.
