Newly created Pitch Manager role in a Top 100 UK Law firm. London based with 50% hybrid working. This ambitious and growing UK law firm is looking for a pitch manager for the first time. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a law firm with a well-established reputation in both commercial and private client work. With a growing client base, the role will be pivotal in ensuring the firm puts forward compelling, work winning bids to a new client audience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the development and execution of the pitching process and the preparation of materials for formal and informal pitches.
- Review and monitor key competitor activity and key clients / prospects to support on business intelligence.
- Work with fee-earners to scope opportunities in new markets and thereafter create BD strategy plans for client and revenue acquisition.
- Work with the Client Experience Manager to understand feedback from our clients and how that impacts our relationships, approaches and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong bid management experience gained in a law firm or similar professional services firm. You should enjoy working with, and coaching partners. This role will be heavily focused on strategy and process; it is not a high-volume document production role, more playing a trusted advisor to the fee earners.
