This executive role offers the chance to take real ownership, acting as the first point of contact for fee earners across the Disputes practice.
You will play a key role in driving business development initiatives, working closely with partners to deliver against a new firm-wide strategy.
In addition to core BD and marketing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects, providing broader exposure across the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and monitor BD budgets
- Develop monthly BD reports to the board
- Update and maintain the firm’s credentials database
- Manage event logistics from start to finish
- Provide advice to fee earners on profile-raising initiatives
- Lead on the directory submissions process
The ideal candidate will have BD and Marketing experience in a law firm, ideally in a disputes practice. The firm is also open to assistants stepping up.
You should be confident and have excellent attention to detail. You should also be able to juggle multiple tasks and be organised.
