BD Manager role in a midsized multinational law firm focusing on BD for Real Estate and Disputes. London with hybrid working. Salary up to £80,000 DOE.
This multinational law firm is looking for a new BD & Marketing Manager to lead on their Real Estate and Disputes practice. The role will lead on the BD strategy for the groups, with support from the broader M&BD teams including: Events, Comms, Bids, International BD and Digital.
The role will include:
- Managing the BD strategy for Real Estate and Disputes;
- Managing client relationships, including account planning and targeting;
- Delivering campaigns, project managing the full lifecycle to ensure ROI;
- Maintaining marketing credentials, infrastructure and data for the groups;
- Working with wider teams on the delivery of bids, international initiatives, directories etc.;
- Training and coaching lawyers on BD.
The firm are looking for an experienced legal BD Manager with knowledge of the Real Estate sector. Contentious practice experience would also be highly desirable. Candidates need to be commercially minded and confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
