The Senior CRM Executive will involve:
- Responsibility for driving the firm’s CRM InterAction use on a day-to-day basis working with partners;
- Working with the business to make sure this meets the needs of the business;
- Responsibility for the data – cleansing and improving data quality;
- Working on large-scale projects such as upgrades and integrations;
- CRM reporting and analysis;
- Advising on InterAction best practice;
- Overall responsibility for developing training programmes
