Business Development & Marketing Manager – Leading International Law Firm

Practice Area: Global Litigation / Class Actions (Financial Services focus)
The Opportunity
Join one of the world’s premier global disputes firms, renowned for handling heavyweight, high-stakes, and ground-breaking cases. Supporting a fast-growing Class Actions practice, this role offers an exceptional chance to embed yourself within a highly collaborative, supportive, and sophisticated BD team. While initially an 18-month contract, the firm has a proven track record of converting contract roles into permanent careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Partner directly with Heads of Practice and Partners to design and execute robust business and M&BD plans.
- Campaign & Pitch Leadership: Lead high-value pitches, champion bidding best practices, and shape profile-raising thought leadership campaigns.
- Market Positioning: Drive M&BD initiatives with a strong sector focus on Financial Services to generate new market opportunities.
- Team & Project Management: Oversee wider marketing projects and provide direct line management to team members.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Direct experience in Bid Management and Line Management (both are essential).
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise partner groups.
- A strong understanding of Litigation and/or the Financial Services market (highly advantageous).
