This role will focus on bringing to market and developing AliPay+ Global Remittance. You will be a key member of Ant Group's international team to help achieve this vision.
What you’ll do:
- Partnering with over 100 global money transfer operators and financial institutions, Ant and Alipay+ Global Remittance offers customers secure, convenient, and inclusive P2P transfer, tuition payment, and payroll services in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide.
- Drive the growth of Ant's Global Remittance business by integrating internal and external resources to achieve rapid user growth.
- Develop cross-border remittance user growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and data analysis to optimize growth plans.
- Manage the full user lifecycle, implementing plans to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
- Create user rewards systems for cross-border remittances and develop multi-channel traffic plans to support business growth.
- Design data-driven growth experiments to optimize user conversion funnels and explore new growth methods.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Internet product/super app operations and user growth.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Knowledge of Internet product growth best practices, with a quick learning ability and innovative mindset.
- Experience working in complex matrix environments, with excellent teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Experience in international markets, user 0-1 program development, cross-border remittance, or cross-cultural work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Marketing-focused or user growth specialists familiar with traffic, branding resources, and related programs will also be considered.
