Our client is a leading luxury tour operator who specialise in curating small group escorted touring and river cruises to worldwide destinations. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced travel sales team leader to coach, manage and motivate the team. This is a pivotal role in maximising revenue through shaping and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities with a strong focus on conversion rates, pipeline management, and performance coaching will be essential to achieving and exceeding business targets.
To be considered, candidates must have sales team leader/management experience within the travel industry with a proven track in motivating and managing teams to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a hybrid role - Central London.
Travel Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, support and motivation to ensure a high performing, engaged team.
- Revenue Maximisation: Drive the team to maximize revenue and achieve business targets.
- Team Performance: Monitor and enhance team performance through regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Individual Growth: Focus on the growth and development of individual team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Blocker Removal: Identify and remove any blockers to sales, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Customer Feedback: Feed back to the wider business on any issues or insights from customers to improve products and services.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and maximise opportunities.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and drive team success.

Travel Sales Team Leader Salary and Benefits:
