Travel Sales Executive Base Salary £30,000 + Bonus and Great Benefits Hybrid – Surrey Our client is a market leading luxury cruise company offering some of the most unforgettable travel experience worldwide. They offer a bespoke high-end programme to destinations across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Our client has experienced a record year for revenue, growth and bookings, hence the expansion to their commercial and marketing team. They are now recruiting for a Travel Sales and Marketing Support Executive to join the team and support the commercial and marketing teams. The candidate should have previous travel industry experience in a similar role and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. This is a hybrid role with the office based in Surrey. Travel Sales and Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities: Be the contact point and maintain close relationships with travel agents and tour operators. Monitor the Agency Support mailbox and ensure any agent and tour operator requests are responded to within 48 hours. Managing brochure distribution & postage Administrating and tracking rewards schemes and incentives for travel agents Proactively work to encourage sales through travel agents and tour operators. Supporting team in delivering marketing & promotional requests, e.g., offer sheets, overbranded brochures & collateral, custom flyers, social panels etc. Travel Sales and Marketing Executive Experience Required: Previous experience within the travel industry in a sales support or marketing roleKnowledge of the luxury travel industry Good Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure.
