Our client is an award-winning tour operator who specialise in group and escorted touring to worldwide destinations. They offer a niche product and sell their product through both travel trade partners and direct consumers. Due to record growth and expansion, they are now recruiting an experienced Product Manager to join their team to manage, develop and grow their South East Asia programme.

The South East Asia Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product development, rates negotiations, supplier management, destination management, and brochure production of the South East Asia Product. Applicants must have previous product management experience with knowledge of South East Asia. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days working in the office in Central London.

Travel Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the product range across all markets, including contracting, operations, logistics, training, and regional development.
  • Working with the marketing team in producing brochures.
  • Create and deliver detailed itineraries and tour information, setting clear customer expectations.
  • Secure competitive rates and unique offers with suppliers, maintaining service agreements.
  • Evaluate sales against targets to gauge product success.
