Our client is a leading travel company who specialise in worldwide destinations working with both B2C and B2B channels. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a detail-oriented Travel Finance Administration Assistant to help manage financial transactions and records for their travel operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and efficient management of day-to-day financial tasks. This role is office based - North London.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Process invoices from overseas suppliers and investigating discrepancies, liaising between different departments to ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile all bank accounts
  • Running client debtors reports and chasing money owed
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all financial entries.

Experience Required:

  • Previous finance or administration experience gained within the travel or hospitality industry preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multi-task and good organisational skills
  • Experience of dealing with a variety of bank accounts and suppliers
  • Good interpersonal skills
