Travel Customer Experience Consultant Base Salary £32,000 + Great Benefits Hybrid – Central London Our client is a luxury niche tour operator who specialise in escorted tours for an affluent and discerning clientele. Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Travel Customer Experience Consultant to join the team. This role is working within the Customer Experience team in conjunction with the sales and product teams. Previous travel experience is required in a similar role handing complaintes is essential. The role is offered on a hybrid basis working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 with no weekends. Travel Customer Experience Consultant Responsibilities: Maintain communication with overseas agents and suppliers and follow defined procedures to ensure availability of current information Conduct pre-departure checks and provide accurate documents to customers within agreed timescales Support Tour Managers Respond to information relating to issues in an appropriate and timely manner Process cancellations and seek to keep supplier cancellation costs to a minimum Obtain missing booking information from customers to finalise arrangements quickly and efficiently Monitor and act on FCO advice Provide accurate information in the form of written & verbal communication Handle all in-coming calls, e-mails and written enquiries and allocate / action Travel Customer Experience Consultant Experience Required Exceptional customer service skills gained within the travel industry in a similar role dealimng with compaints A high standard of verbal and written communication skills A professional and friendly manner.
