Travel After Sales Consultant Base Salary to £32,000 + Great Benefits Hybrid – Central London Our client is a luxury niche tour operator who specialise in escorted tours for an affluent and discerning clientele. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Travel After Sales Consultant to join the team. This is a pivotal role handling all post sales enquiries managing all post booking interactions, providing support to clients during their travels as well as resolving any complaints delivering exceptional customer service. Previous travel experience is required in a similar role providing after sales support, customer services and resolving complaints is essential. The role is offered on a hybrid basis working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 with no weekends. Travel After Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Manage all customer interactions post sales ensuring a smooth personalised experience Serving as the main point of contact for the client Resolving any issues that arise whilst customers are on tour, liaising with supplier\’s and guides Handle any post travel feedback and complaints Travel After Sales Consultant Experience Required Exceptional customer service skills gained within the travel industry in a similar role dealing with post booking enquiries Experience in dealing with complaints with empathy aiming for high satisfaction and client retention A high standard of verbal and written communication skills A professional and friendly manner.
