Luxury Travel Consultant – Fluent Flemish and Dutch Speakers
Base Salary to £35,000 (depending on experience) + £3,600 bonus and Great Benefits
Hybrid – London or fully remote within the UK
Our client is a leading high-end travel and concierge company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.
They are now seeking experienced Luxury Travel Consultants who are fluent Flemish and Dutch speakers with proven experience gained within the travel industry working with discerning clients, creating bespoke high-end travel itineraries to both short and long-haul destinations.
This role can be Hybrid/London or fully remotely based anywhere in the UK.
The role requires flexibility to work shifts and weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Booking worldwide travel arrangements using your fluent English, Flemish, and Dutch.
- Requests can range from car hire and flight only to safaris, cruises, private jets, villas, and round-the-world trips.
- Working with a variety of DMCs, tour operators, cruise companies, and airlines as well as using the company\’s negotiated contracts.
- Booking flights using a GDS.
- Providing each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience gained within the travel industry booking flights or creating worldwide holidays.
- Fluency in Flemish, Dutch, and English.
- Working knowledge of a travel GDS.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary to £35,000 (depending on experience/negotiable) + Bonus up to £3,600 per annum.
