Base Salary to £34,000 + 20% bonus and great benefits. Our client is an award-winning international tour operator who specialise in worldwide escorted touring. As part of their growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for a Travel Product and Marketing Executive role. Working closely with the Product Manager, the Product Executive will support the delivery of accurate, engaging and commercially effective product across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity which combines product and creativity for content writing and creation.

To be considered, candidates must have a travel background gained within either product, marketing, sales etc and have good written, grammar and communication skills with an eye for detail. This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London.

Travel Product and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Product Managers in delivering accurate, inspiring, and informative itineraries for brochures and webpages.
  • Supporting Product Managers with rate negotiations, service inclusions / exclusions, payment and cancellation terms, supplier contracts and Service Level Agreements.
  • Assisting Product Managers to carry out regular competitor analysis and benchmarking quality and service levels against competitors; also monitoring competitors' promotional activity.
  • Assisting Product Managers in identifying product gaps and generating new ideas (in existing and new destinations) that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Assisting Product Managers with the proofing processes, to ensure all customer-facing content and imagery is fully accurate and correct.
  • Creating content for the website, brochures and publications.
  • Completing competitor analysis, benchmarking products against competitors and monitoring their promotional activities.
Travel Product and Content Executive Experience Required:
  • Previous travel experience gained in a product, marketing or sales focused role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, methodical, able to prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and systems oriented.
  • Good writing skills, including ability to proof accurately and write customer-facing literature.
Travel Product and Marketing Executive Salary and Benefits:
  • Base Salary to £34,000 + 20% bonus.
  • Hybrid Working.
  • FAM trips and staff travel trips.
  • Company pension scheme, paying in 5% each month.
  • 23 days annual leave (increasing by one day per year to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
  • Day off for birthday.
  • Gym membership.
  • Private healthcare plan (after 12 months in your role).
