Our client is an independently owned award-winning specialist tour operator who specialises in luxury holidays as well as tailormade holidays, escorted tours and cruises, for discerning clients within Europe, North Africa, Indian Ocean and the Middle East selling to both direct clients and trade partners.

Due to growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Aftersales Support Assistant to join their teams.

Candidates must have previous travel industry experience in a similar role with operations, support or after sales. This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK.

Travel Aftersales Support Assistant Duties:

  • Pro-actively work as an 'after sales' support for all members of the reservations team
  • Checking bookings made by the reservations team and sending out correct documentation to clients
  • Checking that costings, markups, commissions are applied correctly
  • Dealing with any changes, cancellations, additions, or amendments to holiday bookings
  • Processing customer requests - flight seats, airport assistance, extra luggage etc

Travel Aftersales Support Assistant Experience Required:

  • Previous customer service, operations, or after sales experience working within the travel industry is essential preferably for a tour operator
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, looking to always exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage own workload

Travel Aftersales Support Assistant Salary and Benefits:
